Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of company standard software/systems is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to policy
• Ensures store operations follow procedures and opening/closing tasks
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates
• Maintains associate coverage for service areas
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Promotes loyalty programs and cross-sell opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
