You will coach associates, maintain staffing coverage, and ensure operations adhere to company guidelines while promoting a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail with leadership exposure.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
