Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience at front of store
• Leads Associates, assigns registers, coordinates breaks and ensures POS coverage
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
