Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front of Store Lead to promote an excellent customer experience, supervise Associates, and model courteous, efficient service at the Taylorsville store.

You’ll engage customers, keep the floor organized, and support loyalty and credit programs. Responsibilities include training Associates, coordinating POS coverage, resolving issues promptly, and partnering with management to drive store goals while adhering to labor laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and promote loyalty programs
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Coordinate registers, POS coverage, and breaks
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain safety standards
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities; report progress to management
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
