The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Front End Leader for TJ Maxx Nashville to elevate the customer experience and drive team performance. You will supervise Associates at the front of store, model service standards, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include coaching on loyalty programs, training, POS coverage, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Must be flexible for nights/weekends and committed to associate development and safety.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in leadership role
• Strong communication and detail-oriented
• Willing to work nights and weekends

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example at front of store
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage, and manages breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and communicates priorities to team
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and loyalty/credit programs
