Job summary

Floor & Decor Fort Worth is hiring to train and develop Product Sales Specialists, ensuring customers receive excellent service and accurate product information. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and effective store operations to maintain exceptional shopping experiences.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service or sales experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Act in line with company values.
Meet safety and SOP standards.
Teach and reinforce the basic P’s of retail (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing).
Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high-quality customer service.
Complete product specialist certification courses.
Understand merchandise and installation well.
Manage merchandising, pricing, and dept organization.
Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product questions and selections.
Process checkouts and refunds per guidelines.
Present how-to classes to customers.
Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs.
