Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Specialist trainer to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will lead product specialists, manage merchandising and pricing, and teach the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail.

Strong communication and a team-driven attitude are essential. The role requires at least one year in customer service or sales, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct product sales specialists to deliver attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Communicate SOP changes to all associates promptly.
• Operate the forklift proficiency testing and ensure safety procedures.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays as required.
