Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act in line with the company’s core values.
• Follow safety SOPs and forklift proficiency requirements.
• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing, and department organization meets standards.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with questions and product selections; process transactions.
