Job summary

Michaels is looking for team members at the Store - PHX-PARADISE VALLEY, AZ. You will help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions, while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.

You’ll participate in truck unload, stocking, and shelf maintenance, and support omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. The role includes rewards enrollments and adhering to store SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote a positive image.
