Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to learn POS systems and rewards enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain in-stock, store recovery, and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
