Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at our Phoenix, AZ location to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and store recovery activities to keep shelves in stock and well-presented.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with product locations, promoting the Rewards program, and supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products and provide solutions.
• Cross trained in store operations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs)
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store; merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact with others in a positive, respectful manner; serve as a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
