Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Tukwila, WA location. You will serve as the front-line ambassador, delivering exceptional service and supporting store operations through administrative tasks, sales order processing, and customer communications.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, managing customer accounts, handling payments, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at front desk in a warm, professional manner.
• Process sales orders with accuracy and obtain required approvals.
• Maintain customer account information in retail systems.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile per policy.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support audits and inventory documentation.
