Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process orders, and support store operations. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly service across in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Responsibilities include processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, handling payments, and assisting with audits, inventory, and reporting. Must be team-oriented and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualificações

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service/office experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Front desk and customer service for in-person, phone, and email contacts.
• Process sales orders accurately and obtain approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and credit applications.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with audits, inventory, and compliance tasks.
• Use POS, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
