Qualifications

• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet customers professionally, in-person, on the phone, and via email.
• Sales Order Support: Process sales orders accurately with proper approvals.
• Customer Account Management: Handle credit applications and financing arrangements.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support audits and inventory processes with proper documentation.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records and prepare routine reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales and merchandising teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Technology & Systems: Use POS, management software, and Microsoft Office tools.
