Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers in-person and by phone, ensuring orders are processed accurately from purchase through delivery. You’ll work with sales and office teams to keep orders moving smoothly and provide excellent service to customers.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with common software, and a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
• Handle cash and other payments following company policies.
• Prepare daily deposits per procedures.
• Answer calls and respond to customer questions professionally.
• Schedule deliveries accurately and communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain open orders and coordinate with sales and office teams.
• Support showroom operations and display tagging.
• Assist the Office Manager with additional duties as needed.
