Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the front desk and provide warm, professional service.
• Process sales orders accurately and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and financing arrangements when applicable.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating when needed.
• Assist with audits, inventory processes, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and complete routine reports.
• Collaborate with sales and store teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize POS and office software to complete daily tasks.
