Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process orders, manage accounts, and support store operations. You will handle sales documents, assist with financing, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening/closing.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a warm, professional manner; represent Ashley's brand image across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Assist with processing sales orders accurately, ensuring documentation and approvals are in place.
• Process customer credit applications and maintain customer account information.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to Management when needed.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and paperwork accuracy.
