• Excellent communication skills and professional clarity in interactions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with customer service via phone, email, and live chat is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service, order management, and warranty support to clients’ customers.
• Deliver exceptional service via phone and email.
