Job summary

TaskUs in the United States is hiring a Financial Customer Service Representative for a fully remote position. You will support members with their financial well‑being by delivering professional service, troubleshooting, and guiding resolution for inquiries posted by members and prospective members.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior customer service, and at least six months in a Member Care/ Digital Services role, with preferred experience in online and mobile banking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent mix of education and experience is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Six months as Member Care Representative 1 or previous Digital Services experience is required.
• Additional training or experience with technical support or troubleshooting online and mobile banking issues is preferred.
• Call Center or Banking experience is a plus.
