TaskUs is hiring for a Retail Customer Service Representative to support clients’ customers remotely. You will handle phone and email inquiries, manage orders, and process warranty claims while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires clear communication, the ability to work independently in a remote setup, and flexibility to cover 7 days a week with specific shifts. English proficiency at B1 and a typing test are part of the assessment process.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and professional written/spoken English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Willing to complete assessments including typing test (25 wpm).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Provide warranty support and handle warranty claims.
• Address inquiries about orders, products, and services.
• Assist customers navigating the global marketplace.
• Support customer groups and their specific needs.
• Resolve production and shipping issues.
• Provide website support and troubleshooting.
