Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned.
• Delivers friendly customer service and greeting, fits room guidance, and thanks customers.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Wears a professional name tag.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor based on stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention efforts and reports incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
