Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy and handle all payment forms correctly.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Provide customer service, greet customers, assist with fitting room policies, and invite returns.
• Assist management with merchandising and loss prevention duties.
