Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes.
• Balance register according to policy.
• Handle all cash, checks and cards accurately.
• Provide proper customer service by greeting customers and following fitting room policies.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist management in merchandising on the sales floor.
• Maintain/clean the store and assist with housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Assist Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures and report incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear a name tag.
