Job summary

The Michaels Companies, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is seeking a part-time Service Team Member in Ahwatukee, Phoenix. You will assist customers, process transactions, unload trucks, stock shelves, and participate in planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You'll engage customers with the benefits of rewards programs, support omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and adhere to SOPs and safety standards while working a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain store recovery standards.
• Participate in stocking, planogram (POG) processes and merchandise recovery.
