Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring at our Phoenix area store PHX-PEORIA, AZ. Join our team to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure fast checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery while promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments. Ability to stand long hours and lift heavy items is required; evening/weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with team members.
