Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and run the register with friendly, efficient service. You’ll help shoppers locate products, unload trucks, participate in store recovery, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Flexible hours including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; maintain store recovery.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store).
