Job summary

You’ll complete truck unloading, stock products, maintain planograms, and participate in store recovery to keep shelves in-stock and well merchandised.

This role supports omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store, while adhering to SOPs, safety programs, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with finding products and solutions.
• Operate cash register and process payments to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery, ensure in-stock shelves.
• Support BOPIS and SFS processes and SOPs.
