You will work with peer supervisors and store leaders to boost sales and maintain safety, inventory, and policy execution. The role emphasizes coaching, service excellence, and collaboration with the leadership team to meet store goals and drive performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support and collaborate with leadership team to achieve store goals in sales, expenses, and training.
• Lead, motivate, and train Associates to drive sales and performance during shift.
