Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC. seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising, front-end duties, and customer service.

You will help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and participate in cash handling while delivering friendly, professional service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and meet physical demands including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and general presentation.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
