Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, assist customers, and support front-end duties as needed. You will help with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

The role involves operating the cash register, handling transactions, and protecting cash and assets while delivering friendly, professional service. Previous retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, process freight safely and per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and restocking; maintain clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers and team members.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain cash security.
