Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising, stock, and front-end duties. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment and handle cash transactions with accuracy while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior retail customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, including restrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
