Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to handle front-end duties and cash register responsibilities while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, teamwork with associates and leaders, and safe handling of cash and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the store, bathrooms, floors, and other areas.
