Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end support. You will help create a clean, welcoming shopping environment and participate in cash handling and register duties.

The role emphasizes high‑quality customer service, teamwork, safety, and integrity, with cross‑training across tasks and opportunities for growth within a busy discount retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight per standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
