Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties, while delivering friendly customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, processing freight, managing transactions at the cash register, and safeguarding cash and assets. The role requires physical capacity and strong teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness across the store, including bathrooms.
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
