Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will work across front-end and cashier duties as needed while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in retail or related fields. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and strong communication to deliver excellent service daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
