Job summary

Floor & Décor is seeking team members to greet customers and manage the customer storage buy pick-up process in a fast-paced retail environment. Positions available at both full-time and part-time levels.

You will use the car topper program, verify identities, and collect information for pickups while delivering orders in POS. Responsibilities include answering calls per SOP, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring safety lifting procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and management.
• Solid computer skills and basic internet coordination experience.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• One year of retail sales experience preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with the storage buy pick-up process.
• Manage pick-ups using the company’s car topper program.
• Answer phones per standard operating procedures.
• Verify the identity of pickup customers and collect required information.
• Deliver orders in the POS system and stock products per brand standards.
• Uphold safety lifting procedures and provide product knowledge to customers.
