Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a customer-facing associate responsible for greeting customers and managing storage buy pick-ups in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires knowledge of our car topper program, order verification, and POS-based delivery of orders. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with store management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.
• Guide customers through product questions and selections.
• Ensure identity of person picking up orders and capture required information.
• Deliver storage buy orders using the POS system.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling products.
• Keep products stocked and clean in line with brand standards.
• Act in alignment with Floor & Decor’s core roles.
