Job summary

The Michaels in Hanover, MA is seeking friendly team members to help customers shop, locate products, and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to keep the floor well merchandised and in stock.

Knowledge of Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards is helpful. This role requires standing, lifting, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings, with a base pay range of $15.00–$17.70 per hour and overtime

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain stock and recovery; complete go-back and return processes.
• Support SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Assist with shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies and standards.
