Job summary

The Michaels Companies West Lebanon store is seeking a part-time Service Team Member to deliver friendly service, help customers locate products, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

Role requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy boxes; flexibility for nights, weekends, and early shifts. Michaels offers employee discounts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure fast checkout.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms and in-stock shelves.
• Explain and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Support store safety, SOPs, and company policies.
