Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with omnichannel features (BOPIS/SFS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms.
• Support store recovery, shrink and safety programs, and SOP adherence.
