Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards and private label credit cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store recovery to stay in stock
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully and model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
