Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring a Store Associate to help customers, keep the store stocked, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist shoppers, guide them to products, and participate in receiving, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store in top condition.

This role includes engaging customers with Rewards and Private Label Card enrollments, following SOPs, and supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards
• Promote Rewards program and enroll Private Label Credit Card
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in stocking, truck unload, and planogram duties
• Ensure store recovery and in-stock conditions
