Michaels WOR-NORTHBOROUGH, MA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms to keep the floor well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, plus supporting store recovery, safety programs, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve inquiries.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards, enrollments, and VOC programs.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and store recovery.
• Support truck unload, stocking, planograms, and inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain safety standards.
