Ashley Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the front-line ambassador for our stores, delivering exceptional service and administrative support for operations. You will greet customers, process orders, manage accounts, and assist with cash handling in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications include US work authorization, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma. Prior customer service experience is preferred; flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image.
• Process sales orders accurately with required documentation and approvals.
• Manage customer credit applications and financing arrangements.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile records under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate to management as needed.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks with documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
