Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the front-line ambassador, delivering exceptional service and supporting store operations. You will assist with sales orders, manage customer accounts, and handle cash procedures under supervision, while collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a flexible schedule for weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities–various shifts.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Front Desk & Customer Service: greet customers warmly in person, by phone, and by email.
• Sales Order Support: assist with processing sales orders with proper approvals.
• Customer Account Management: process credit applications and maintain account information.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Issue Resolution: address inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: support audits and inventory/document checks.
• Reporting & Documentation: keep records and file paperwork accurately.
• Team Collaboration: work with sales, merchandising, and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Technology & Systems: use POS, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties.
