Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a front-line customer service role in Fort Worth. You will greet customers, manage the storage buy pickup process, and ensure orders are processed accurately in the POS system.

Expected duties include verifying identities, collecting pickup information, and maintaining product knowledge while upholding safety standards. Both full-time and part-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Proficient in using a computer and basic coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in the store.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and follow phone SOP.
• Verify the identity of customers picking up orders.
• Collect required customer information for pickups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in the POS system.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Be knowledgeable about products and assist with questions.
• Stock and clean products per brand standards.
• Act in line with Floor & Decor's core roles.
