Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Pennsylvania is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support store leadership with front-end operations and tasks across the donated goods retail environment.

You will help maximize sales, deliver friendly, professional customer service to shoppers and donors, assist in training associates, handle cash procedures, and uphold store policies and safety standards while representing the organization in a positive manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related retail experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front-end operations advantageous.
• Ability to work in open warehouse environment and handle cash—basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through merchandising, rotation and inventory control to meet goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, donors, and staff.
• Train and develop sales associates and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Assist with cash handling and daily cash register procedures.
• Support store policies, safety procedures, and organizational programs.
• Open and close the store as assigned by the manager.
• Participate in interviewing and evaluative processes for entry-level roles.
• Ensure asset protection policies are followed and report issues to leadership.
• Contribute to events and other projects as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and communicate progress to management.
