Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to assist store leadership with front-end operations and maximize donations, production, sales, and customer service.

This non-exempt role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work on weekends and evenings. You will help train associates, enforce policies, and support safety and asset protection programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 3 years related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not necessary.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• POS and basic computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through rotation, displays, signage and inventory of merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, donors and other employees.
• Train and develop sales associates and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and cash register procedures.
• Support staff and enforce Goodwill Keystone Area policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing of the store as assigned by the manager.
• Participate in interviewing candidates for entry level retail roles and assist in evaluations.
• Ensure asset protection policies and report problems to the Store Manager.
• Support organizational programs and events as required.
• Maintain workplace safety and communicate progress to the Store Manager.
• Note: supervisory duties rest with Store Manager.
