Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support front-end operations and help maximize store performance in donation, production, sales, and customer service. The role emphasizes serving customers and enriching community shopping experiences.

You will collaborate with store leadership, train sales associates, manage opening/closing, cash handling, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a safe, welcoming work environment for donors and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3 years related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• POS and basic computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales performance through proper rotation, displays, signage and inventory of processed merchandise.
• Represent Goodwill Keystone Area with excellent customer service to customers, donors and employees.
• Train and develop sales associates and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling and register procedures.
• Enforce Goodwill policies and procedures; support staff and safety.
• Interview candidates for entry level retail roles and assist in evaluations.
• Assist with asset protection policies and report issues to management.
• Support organizational programs and special events as required.
