Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to assist store leadership in front-end operations and to support the Donated Goods Retail department. This role focuses on maximizing sales, improving customer experience, and ensuring efficient procedures in a busy store environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, training, policy adherence, and safe, accurate paperwork. Weekend/evening availability may be required in this non-exempt setting.

• Able to perform repetitive tasks at a set pace.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through proper rotation, displays, signage and inventory of processed merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, donors and employees.
• Train and develop sales associates; ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Enforce and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Open/close the store as assigned by the manager.
• Support staffing and participate in associate evaluations.
